The world is really turning to something else!

Obosi Community in Idemili North LGA of Anambra State was last night thrown into confusion as what actually happened at Ntueke Street, Awada Layout.

A sudden scream had prompted residents of the area to break into a house in the neighbourhood, only to find four children between ages 12 to 4, lying in the pool of their own blood with another grown girl also dead, all with stab wounds.

Also in the house seemingly appearing amok was a middle aged man.

According to a neighbour who pleaded anonymity, the man who was alleged to have killed all five, was the father of the children and the dead girl is his sister-in-law.

The wife was also said to have survived the unexpected murder spree only because she was away from home.

Unconfirmed reports say the killer-man is a returnee from abroad and has since he came back, been a drug addict.

It will be recalled that Anambra State Government in collaboration with security agencies, had declared total war against drug peddlers in the populous Idemili North Community where arms dealing and drug trafficking have been a major challenge.

What could be the cause of this multiple homicide remains another challenge for the security agencies.
